I bought this as a gift, and the packaging was disappointing. The box had dents in it and the whole presentation looked messy and kind of cheap, which was not the vibe I was going for. I know it’s the item inside that technically matters, but still, when you’re handing someone a present, the first impression counts. I ended up feeling embarrassed giving it, especially since I had already been running around doing errands that day and just wanted one thing to go smoothly

"Not really what I expected"
I thought this was going to be a nice rose gift, but it ended up looking cheap and was smaller than it looked in the photos. I was disappointed and wont be ordering it again
"Delivery took way too long"
I ordered something from roseinside.com the delivery took way longer than I expected. At first I figured it might just be a normal delay, but this is where it got annoying, I kept checking the tracking and there was barely any movement for days. By the time it finally showed up, I didn’t even need it anymore. Frustrating experience overall, and I definitely wasn’t happy with the wait.

I liked the products and the site was easy to browse, but when I got to checkout, my payment kept failing no matter what I tried. After a few attempts, I just gave up. Hopefully it was just a temporary issue, because I would’ve been happy to finish the order otherwise.

"Returning it was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I ordered from roseinside.com and ended up needing to return it because the item just wasn’t right. For some reason, the whole return process was really confusing, and it took forever to hear back from support. They gave me a timeframe for the refund, but I’m still waiting even after that. it’s been more stressful than it was worth, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I wasn’t really impressed with this. Right away, the material felt kind of cheap, and my instinct was telling me it probably wouldn’t hold up. Unfortunately, I was right — after a short time, it just didn’t seem to last well. Not something I’d buy again

I was disappointed with this order because the personalization was the whole reason I bought it. What arrived didn’t match what I typed in, the spelling and spacing looked off, like nobody really checked it before sending it out. I reached out to support and got a reply that was basically like, "we’ll look into it," but it still felt frustrating after waiting for something custom.

The package arrived crushed, like it had been at the bottom of a pile for the whole trip. Weirdly, one corner had this perfect little accordion fold in it, which I remember because it looked almost intentional. Not great to receive it that way.

I don’t really feel like I got my money’s worth from roseinside.com. The item looked way nicer in the photos, and when it arrived I felt kind of embarrassed that I’d spent that much on it, especially after getting excited about it.
The quality just feels cheap in person, and I’m sure I could’ve found something similar for less somewhere else. I wouldn’t buy from them again, to be honest.

"Junk: stop elsewhere & save yourself the stress"
They provided me junk, and on top of that misspelled my name. Their customer service bot, just replies over and over with lies, and gaslighting. They have refused to refund, stating my name is correctly spelled, even though it’s not!
Please avoid the stress and DO NOT SHOP HERE!
